If you are going to be passive-aggressive, do it right
Passive-aggressive people prefer whining about others behind their backs instead of confronting them. That can make them problematic. However, if they are hoping to call someone out, maybe they should make sure they have a legitimate argument.
This person certainly did not stop to think about what the definition of a taxi service was. You pay someone to take you from one place to the other, right? If you are tired of giving your friends lifts then just tell them no.
