The school of life
Throughout your life, it is harder to remember everything you have learned at school, every class you took, and every teacher you had. There is a special place in your memory for those who really touched you and taught you something important. It doesn’t have to be a class.
Lessons can also be for life experience. Like in this case, with a teacher who prepared a surprise exam -who doesn’t hate those?- just to teach their students a lesson. To read everything you are given before answering anything. It can almost be considered like some early legal advice.
