Malas palabras
As a kid, it is almost inevitable that one of the first things you want to know when learning a new language is bad words. After all, is there anything more relatable than cursing when we get hurt on accident or when we make a mistake?
This Spanish teacher had the right idea; he caught their attention and helped them form correct sentences in another language by teaching them to curse. Now, these children are fluent in two different languages. On the other hand, I am still having trouble trying to ask for directions to the library.
