Saving time
As with many types of jobs, finding time to accommodate your lunch between so much work can be difficult. And for teachers, it isn’t any more accessible, with so many classes in so many schools to attend. It is almost a scheduling nightmare to even get to all the classes, never mind finding time for lunch.
This music teacher had no other choice but to combine lunch and class. That is the way to spot a real dedicated professional. It is also another way to be remembered by your class, as I don’t believe there must be many cheese-stick conductors.
