In the debut episode of Paris in Love’s second season, Hilton shared insights into her choice of surrogacy. Reflecting on the decision, she expressed, “Opting for surrogacy was challenging. While I yearned for the traditional pregnancy experience, my life’s constant scrutiny led Carter and I to entrust a surrogate with carrying our child.”

Paris didn’t tell anyone about the birth for a whole week. “Not even my mom, my sisters, my best friend knew until he was over a week old,” Hilton revealed on a podcast. “It was really nice to have that with Carter, be our own journey together. I just feel like my life has been so public, and I’ve never really had anything be just mine.”

Striving to maintain secrecy surrounding her son’s birth, Hilton donned a disguise and refrained from informing anyone, even her family, about his arrival. In the season 2 trailer of Paris in Love, she disclosed, “Revealing it would attract paparazzi swarming Cedars.”

According to the activist’s lawyer, the song was disrespectful to her legacy. Well, considering lyrics like ‘Everybody move to the back of the bus/ Do you want to bump and slump with us,’ the activist was probably right. After being dismissed and appealed severally, the case was settled privately.
Hurtful Comments From Followers
In October 2023, after facing hurtful remarks regarding her son Phoenix’s head size, Hilton responded by affirming his perfect health, attributing the appearance to his “large brain.” She condemned the “unacceptable” comments. “If I don’t post my baby, people assume I’m not a great mother and if I do post him, there are some people who are cruel and hateful I’m a proud working mom and my baby is perfectly healthy, adorable and angelic,” she said.

On Jan. 16, 2024, Phoenix marked his first birthday with a “Sliving Under the Sea” bash, as shared by Hilton on Instagram. The backyard festivities featured kid-friendly delights such as a petting zoo and sand art, attended by Hilton’s celebrity pals Lance Bass, Kelly Osbourne, and Selma Blair.
London is In Town!!!
In November 2023, the couple joyfully welcomed their second child, daughter London, born via surrogate. Hilton announced the news on Thanksgiving through an Instagram post featuring a pink baby outfit adorned with the name “London.”
