There is something odd about these sewer covers
It is official: the cat is out of the bag. These photographs are here to prove that some people don’t do their jobs correctly and that they don’t care who sees the poor results. In fact, they may even be doing this on purpose to prove that not everything has to be done in an orderly and disciplined fashion.
The two panels in this picture are distinct, yet they do share some similarities. It is still not certain what made the electricians believe they could conduct something like this without considering the eyesore this is for people who walk this path every day. Maybe they were feeling creative that day.
