Here is a whole neighborhood with lousy parkers

Everyone has been there: running late, driving around for at least 15 minutes looking for a parking spot, possibly with a screaming child in the back. Bingo, a space appears out of nowhere. However, automobiles are parked on both sides, and the space is limited. The pressure is on.

A recent survey of 1000 drivers found that everyone acknowledged having accidentally damaged another vehicle at some point when parking. The photograph shows a neighborhood where people reside and park their cars without abiding by the lines. So, one driver started, and then it became part of the local culture, apparently.
