Trees are more important than design aesthetics
When traveling around Europe’s large, modern metropolises, tourists will note that almost every single piece of surrounding foliage has been designed and aligned so that they occupy their own specific space. However, the following picture proves that nobody is perfect.
The mistake may be hard to spot here. A group of trees decided to grow on their own terms; thus, instead of doing the usual tree arrangement, builders built grates around the trees. Nobody is to blame here since these people seem to be respectful of nature, which is pretty cool.
