Showering is a blissfully calming experience that makes us feel as though we’re washing all our worries away. However, despite all of our time spent there, we seem to do the bare minimum to cleanse our bodies and soak up the suds.

We spend 97% of the time looking into the abyss, letting the water wash over us while we ponder life’s greatest mysteries. During this time, a good shower cry is also acceptable. There are no triggers required, just allow the tears to flow freely.
