There are several quick stress alleviation methods all over the internet. Meditation, yoga, and herbal teas, None, however, have been as attractive to the eye as collecting plants to alleviate anxiety. Little by little, our apartments are turning into jungles.

The problem may be that maintaining all of these plants alive can be stressful enough. What’s next: more water, less water, full sun, more shade, bugs, mold? Is it true that fake plants have the same effect as real plants?
