We heard you, mom, we just can’t remember what you said
We’ve all been guilty of this. Why is it that our ears stop functioning as soon as our mother begins to speak? We convince ourselves that we completely understood what she said, yet we have no idea what was it a few minutes later.
We wouldn’t have this problem in the first place if moms could just learn to text us these instructions. Simply provide us with a digital reference point to refer to when our brain inevitably becomes a sifter and spills all of the information out.
