Deadlines keep seeming shorter and shorter
Nothing appears to be a problem when the future is still far away. But, when those deadlines approach, we’ll have to work extra hard to stay on schedule. There is never enough coffee to get us through the day.
The irony is that we wouldn’t be here in the first place if we just did a bit every day. Who wants to do that, though? The night before a deadline, nothing beats a caffeine-fueled anxiety attack. And we live for the adrenaline rush.
