Stop the world, I want to get off
It’s in our nature to overthink things. It’s as natural as breathing or blinking. However, unlike those behaviors, overthinking isn’t vital But here we are, whirling a million thoughts about in our heads and stressing out.
We’re experts at creating catastrophic scenarios. And what about the excellent comebacks we came up with just a couple of days after the big fight? We can’t stop thinking about what we should have said. Stress and anxiety are our new best friends.
