The Moment Dorothy Realized She was Far from Home
In the 1939 “The Wizard of Oz,” Dorothy gives us what is arguably one of the most incredible movie lines ever. Wizard of Oz has been remade many times, but we still look to the classic 1939 version because of its originality and depth.
Over the years, many people have misquoted what Dorothy said in the movie. Instead of “Toto, I’ve got a feeling we are not in Kansas anymore,” people misquote it as “I don’t think we are in Kansas anymore.” Let us not leave sweet Toto out of it.
