“You should love me for who I am”
Quite often, people stop taking care of themselves and get out of shape. While it doesn’t make a massive difference for those who love them, it still feels good to see your loved ones taking care of themselves and working hard. Nothing is more attractive than a mind that seeks growth.
How much love one has for their partner doesn’t change with their looks, yet these types of talks shouldn’t be a secret. Approaching them with a genuine conversation is probably the best way to convey one’s message and not make them feel self-conscious.
