If you’re ever in a room with people of different nationalities, you can easily spot an American because they are always the loudest. However, jokes aside, some people really talk loudly and sometimes to the extent that it almost feels like they are screaming at us.
Most of the time, they don’t even realize that they are being too loud, so rather than just gulping it down, thinking that mentioning this might make them self-conscious or uneasy, feel free to talk about it when you are with them in solitude. A good partner will appreciate you bringing it up.
