A pleasant swim in the pool
In this image, we can see how the experience that guests have at hotels can be affected by negligence and a lack of attention to the hotel’s infrastructure. In this case, a tourist was about to book a stay at this hotel when he asked about the pool. At least he found out before booking the room.
When the manager answered that the pool was unavailable, they decided to choose another hotel. Hopefully, they selected a pool that has a little less rubbish. Making a reservation at this hotel would have been a nightmare, especially if he wanted to dive into the pool and, instead, fell into a sea of garbage.
