Paying the nanny a fair salary will not break the bank
If we really want a reasonable babysitter, we should always pay a fair wage. We cannot expect to pay crumbs in exchange for all the advantages we get. We know money does not grow on trees, but this is our kids we are talking about here.
Speaking of crumbs, this person wants someone to watch their children during the summer and then after school, but they will only pay $30 per day. We sound like a broken record already, but we will keep repeating ourselves until people develop some common sense.
