When we are looking for a babysitter and ask someone who already has a job, it is reasonable to anticipate that we must at least compensate them for the time they are not working. This woman is aware of that, but her cousin is not.
It looks like these parents did not consider the fact that this person was wasting time as a freelancer to earn even half of what they were offering for each hour. The way they handled the situation does not seem reasonable either. Who is truly being childish here?
