Looking for a full-time nanny who is dedicated, not flakey
We understand why hardworking parents with a young child would wish to find someone who is reliable. However, when looking for a live-in nanny, it is no time to be selfish since they must also take into account their requirements.
This couple seems to have a lot of attendance requirements, but they are still unwilling to pay a fair salary. Furthermore, the no flakey requirement seems a bit odd since this is a person who is going to be taking care of our baby.
