Taking care of children should not require a high level of education. Although we may need a lot of hard effort, patience, and devotion, surely we do not need a college diploma to perform such a job properly.
Unless we are applying for this job, which these parents have determined is a need but for which they are only willing to pay $12.00 per hour. It appears that they are searching for a personal assistant rather than a babysitter, based on this pretentious job description.
