Trying to avoid a fatal situation became even more dangerous
Remember how they say don’t try to fight back too much when things seem to get rough on yourself? This is a perfect example of how trying too hard can sometimes put you in a worse place than before.
Black ice is a common sight on chilly, humid mornings, and the real challenge is driving on this thin layer of extremely slippery ice; it’s no surprise that it is the cause of so many accidents. While the driver was already going through some mess as he was about to hit the concrete wall, he made things worse for himself and paved the path to a ditch instead.
