This person smashed their own car window
Leaving your keys inside the car is a frustrating experience. There might be no other way of accessing the vehicle in those cases but to break a window. Nevertheless, this should be a last resort, so you have to ensure there is no other solution.
This person apparently forgot to make sure that the keys were indeed locked inside. They must have felt terrible when they discovered they were in their back pocket. We will never know if they double-checked or not, but they certainly will not make the same mistake twice.
