Beware of bad karma
Working with customers is a draining job. While most are pleasant and don’t seem to cause any issues, some are polar opposites and make the job of a barista a living hell. We can’t say if we support this barista for what she did, but we understand where her reasoning.
People who are always rude and have a superiority complex are hard to deal with. It takes a lot of effort to treat someone with respect while they are walking all over us. Well, that woman probably learned her lesson the hard way that day.
