Beware of how you behave in front of your children
Psychological studies and a lot of research have backed the fact that a lot of character development and trauma are built during childhood as young children pick up everything in their surroundings and take it all in, unfiltered, unbothered.
It isn’t until later in life that the repercussions of parents failing to maintain a healthy environment for their children reflect in their child’s personality. Even little things might trigger the frenzy within a victim, and it takes years of therapy to unlearn the patterns we’ve formed while growing up.
