American Idol Mp3 Player
In 2007, McDonald’s collaborated with the singing show “American Idol,” one of the biggest TV shows at the time. They created a set of 5 Idol toys, including the infamous American Idol Mp3 Player.
To say the name of this toy was misleading will be putting it lightly. Instead of being happy, kids were left sad and disappointed because their toys were not able to use any cords and hence were unable to play songs. Instead, it constantly played the show’s theme song again and again. The toys were discarded and have earned a place as one of the worst Happy Meal Toys.
