Halloween Pails
The Halloween Pails looked good at first glance: they were cute-looking, colorful, Halloween-themed buckets. However, the kids were disappointed when they opened up their boxes and discovered it was empty: no candies, no toys, just nothing.
They weren’t good for trick-or-treating either, as they were too small to hold any decent amount of candy. Happy Meal fans were doubly disappointed in this pail because it was not a toy, it served no purpose, and worst of all, since Halloween was once a year, the pail was practically useless for the remainder of the year. Perhaps McDonald’s should have offered a better alternative: a plastic bag.
