Aside from the fun of wearing costumes on Halloween, the thrill of getting random items from neighbors is always exciting for kids. Although the trick-or-treat bag is meant to be a collection of candies, some items are downright unexpected. Here are five weird things people received when trick-or-treating.

The whole concept of trick-or-treat bags is to collect simple treats. So it’s always surprising when someone puts something more than a candy or any similar treat in the bag on Halloween day- just like this person’s trick-or-treat loot.
In this commenter’s neighborhood, a local dairy owner gave kids the choice of getting chocolate milk or a carton of orange juice. You’ll agree with us that these aren’t treats kids get every day, not even on Halloween.
Who would have the heart to give a kid this?
Although Halloween is the time for spooky things, there are things you shouldn’t put in a kid’s trick-or-treat bag. However, this hasn’t stopped some people from giving kids items that are not only weird but can be harmful to them on Halloween day.
