They got a shopping cart barricade for parking in the middle of two spots
These were the last two spots in the supermarket parking lot, and it seems like this driver found it amusing to occupy both. So that means that this person is depriving someone else of parking inside. But, hey! Things were about to change.
The car driver that arrived next decided to take revenge by barricading the other car with shopping carts. This decision may not work, and the driver will probably park badly again. Still, it was an excellent way to occupy their time while waiting for another parking space to become available.
