If you park here, someone will cover up your car with garbage
It seems that it is crucial to follow the rules in this neighborhood. The residents were probably tired of so many bad parkers, so they all took an important decision: to throw garbage on their cars. Does it make sense? Maybe not, but it sounds hilarious if you’re not the story’s protagonist.
Of course, this isn’t the best solution, but it’s a smelly one. Now drivers will think twice before parking there unless they want to see their cars turned into garbage containers. And no one wants that, right?
