They got the best parking job award
Imagine you’re learning to drive, and it’s the first time you have to park by yourself. Again, there’s no one with you to guide you, so you’re making a considerable effort to get it right. You don’t want your car door to hit the curb.
Maybe this is what happened to this driver. Or perhaps they just needed a new pair of glasses because everyone noticed their particular way of parking but them. For this reason, someone decided to give them this award for being the best driver in town. Well done!
