She waited a long time
The bright smile on this little baby’s face is the perfect indicator for us to understand how happy she is to finally meet her daddy. We assume that he couldn’t be there when she was born, so the excitement is understandable, as she has been waiting literally her whole life.
Her dad left for military duty while she was still in her mother’s womb, so this moment was long awaited. Surely the smile on her dad’s face was just as big, if not bigger, than the one we see on the baby. We are very happy that they were able to meet.
