A very specific sign
You learn from mistakes, and this guy made it clear, his mistake is not erased but it is still there to show that we can all make mistakes and do our best to correct them. Surely this sign intends to make his parent laugh. Besides, we guess he didn’t spend a lot of time creating it.
We are not sure if this sign is a little joke about his father’s surgery, or if the son made it all up to play a prank on him. In any case, it sure brought a smile to his face, because he noticed his son’s great sense of humor.
