They tried to lecture a tech support employee on how to fix their internet connection
Besides fixing people’s foolish problems, tech support employees have to deal with overconfident clients who insist on diagnosing the causes of their issues themselves. Obviously, workers have to bite their tongues and carry on with their tasks.
But fed-up employees can complain about their clients’ presumptuous behavior and expose them online for everyone to see. In this case, a tech support worker was told that the reason behind their Internet not working was “a loose cable.”
