Many details are missing from this technologically challenged client’s story. Multioutlet power strips were designed to resist more than three devices being plugged in simultaneously. Thus, it remains a mystery how this client managed to melt theirs.
By the time the photo was taken, they weren’t even using all the sockets in the multioutlet. The funniest thing about this situation is that this person’s initial reaction was worrying about having a broken space heater.
