Amazon’s Customer Service can ignore your requests for help
Online stores, such as Amazon, provide their users with customer service available all day. When you use the feature, you get connected with a messaging assistant whose purpose is to help you solve your problems. Or, at least, try to.
However, some assistants would love to be doing something else, and it shows. For example, this person got asked if they needed further help. After they said “yes,” the messaging assistant left the chatroom without paying attention to the customer’s request. How rude.
