Disappointment lake isn’t that far away
We use Google Maps all the time. Whenever we need to visit a new place, we look for it on the app and let it guide us with its GPS. Nowadays, Google Maps is pretty accurate, but it hasn’t always been like that.
There was a time when you’d read “Disappointment Lake” all over North America’s map if you zoomed out on Google Maps. Although some Debby Downers may think this name suits America, we believe it’s just a funny glitch we’ll remember forever.
