For Apple, your heart rate is too high if it hits more than 0 bpm
Apple Watches have a feature that allows you to monitor your heart rate at any moment. Most of the time, the smartwatch’s readings are accurate, which means you can trust them. However, we’d doubt any machine that says a 0 bpm heart rate is too high.
Anyone who uses an Apple Watch should know that 0 bpm is flatlining. Even if the device tells you to go to a doctor, you won’t be able to do it in those health conditions. Unless you’re a zombie, of course.
