Grammarly is making up new words for conciseness
Most of us use Grammarly while writing essays or work emails. It’s pretty helpful to check if you had any spelling or grammar mistakes in your text. However, this online service sometimes offers foolish suggestions, such as creating new words and phrases out of thin air.
Here, a Grammarly user got a suggestion to make a sentence shorter. While it’s true that saying “everyn’t” may shorten the wording, the contraction doesn’t exist at all. Congrats, Grammarly! You turned a perfect sentence into a meaningless, agrammatical phrase.
