Texting the wrong person
Kaitlyn got a text from Caleb in which he cowardly asked her to go to prom with him. First of all, you can’t ask someone to be your date with only one word. Secondly, if she replies an excited “yes,” you CANNOT take back what you asked!
If we could say anything to young Kaitlyn, it would be that Caleb probably meant he was the wrong person. It could have only gotten worse if he had taken her to prom. She was better off without him anyway.
