The consequences of running a red light
While touring a new city, the last thing you’d want to do is get into some legal trouble because of a minor crime you unknowingly committed. Things escalate quickly when you do such things near the White House in Washington DC.
Those secret service agents and all the security personnel probably scared the life out of this poor fellow just looking for a parking space. We would be shitting bricks too, if we were surrounded by a bunch of black SUVs and agents with guns swarmed out of thin air.
