They threw their neighbors’ clothes in the snow because they didn’t respect their wash cycle
Almost every apartment building has a shared laundry room anyone can use. Of course, this community space has a few rules to keep everything organized, such as respecting everyone’s laundry cycles. However, not every apartment dweller cares about their neighbors.
The person who wrote this note decided to take their neighbors’ clothes outside and leave them in the snow as an act of revenge because they interrupted their wash cycle. Clearly, some people only learn to follow the rules the hard way.
