Don’t park in front of a fire hydrant, or firefighters will smash your windows with the firehose
One of the most important parking laws is that you should never park your vehicle in front of a fire hydrant. The consequences for doing so include getting a ticket, being towed, or, in this case, finding your car’s windows smashed.
Fire emergencies require firefighters to act as quickly as possible, so we can’t blame them for demolishing the BMW’s windows with the firehose. Still, we feel a bit sorry for the driver. Replacing your car’s windows is quite expensive, after all.
