Frat room
It is always a good idea to have a small party in the hotel room. Meet the neighbors, buy drinks, and put on some music is a never-fail plan. Fun is guaranteed for the rest of the night.
But, since it is not our own house, we cannot make too much noise and disorder. Specific basic rules must be respected, and clearly, this group of people did not consider them. More than a hotel, it looks like a fraternity room.
