Not following the rules
When the rules are not clear enough, it is easy to find a way not to follow them and do what we want. For example, if the staff tells you that smoking is prohibited in the room when entering a hotel, does it mean that you can smoke in the hallway? At least that’s what this person understood.
There is no doubt what this person was doing in the hallway, and luckily he was kind enough to put the ashes and cigarette butts in a glass so as not to get the carpet dirty. Maybe it would be perfect if the smoke and the lighter weren’t left there.
