It can be said that swimming is a very complete exercise since many muscles work at the same time. But, it is always necessary to separate the eating time from the sporting time. The standard recommendation is to wait two hours to exercise after having a meal.
Most people know this, so I don’t understand why there are food scraps on the side of the pool. I just hope no one found a chicken foot floating in the water while they were swimming. And I also hope that the person who ate and swam simultaneously did not vomit in there.
