The bodyguard
Going to an ATM at night is risky if the neighborhood is not friendly, but here we have a woman who went with her most reliable protection: her beloved grandmother. She can withdraw money in peace, knowing that her granny will protect her from possible thieves and whoever wants to see her PIN.
This older woman should think about opening her own security company whose bodyguards are senior citizens. They would provide protection when going to the bank, but they would also have priority in any place they visit and many anecdotes to tell. I would hire them every time I had to go to the bank.
