Focus problem
Operating a smartphone is sometimes confusing and challenging if you are not familiar with the actual technology, especially with front cameras. Pressing something wrong on the screen can end in missing the opportunity to document something important or valuable to us, but at least we will record our expressions. The only solace we are left with, sigh!
So if you are going to give a phone to your grandparents before giving them a little lesson so that they understand and know how to use it well, avoid what happens to this woman. The bad thing is that we will never know what the woman was trying to record.
