Drake—$75 million
Recently, Jered Chavez, a Florida college student, went from messing around with AI tools to having a massive viral hit. He shared a video of rapper Drake performing “Fukashigi no Karte,” the theme song of an anime series. That’s not the only thing Drake is famous for.
Last year, rapper Drake paid $75 million for a 20-acre Tuscan-style estate in Beverly Crest, Los Angeles. The Toronto native purchased the property for $10 million less than the asking price. The living area is 24,000 square feet, with a guest house and an 11-car garage.
