Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo—$52 million
The Maroon 5 frontman and his spouse, supermodel Behati Prinsloo, sold their 1930s Cliff May-designed Pacific Palisades house for $51 million, $20 million more than the two paid in 2018 when they purchased the 10-bedroom, 14-bathroom home from Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner.
Levine and Prinsloo paid $52 million for Oakview, a Montecito estate, around the same time they listed their Pacific Palisades home. The Georgian-style structure comprises a 10,000-square-foot main house, a tennis court, a swimming pool, and two well-appointed ADUs.
